This box contains everything you need to enjoy a Vegan & Gluten Free Pancake! Combining 250g of our 100% organic  Vegan & Gluten Free Pancake Mix (makes approx. 10 crêpes) for baking at home and Rude Health’s Almond Drink to create your batter, with vegan chocolate, vegan brownie pieces, vegan marshmallows, freeze dried strawberry pieces and maple flavoured golden syrup. The perfect treat for yourself, your family or your colleagues!

DELIVERY

Order by 11am for next day delivery (deliveries Monday – Friday) – Order by 11am on Friday for Saturday delivery, select ‘Saturday Delivery’ at checkout – Orders placed between 11am on Thursday and 11am Monday will be delivered by 6pm on Tuesday

Please note orders will arrive by 6pm on day of delivery. Once your order has been dispatched and is with couriers it is outside of our control. We will do everything we can to get your order delivered on the desired delivery date but strongly recommend allowing extra time for important orders to allow for any disruption

Ingredients

250gr Vegan & Gluten Free Pancake Mix, 250gr Rude Health Almond Milk, 375ml Water, 2.5gr Salt, 25gr oil

Method

1) Combine all the ingredients together until there are no lumps.
2) Heat up a pan until it is very hot, add a knob of butter alternative or oil.
3) Pour a scoop of batter, swirling the pan to cover all the surface. Let it cook until you see holes in the crepe and the bottom is nicely cooked (approx. 1 minute).
4) Turn the crepe over carefully and cook for a further minute on the other side

ALLERGY ADVICE

Vegan brownie pieces contain Soybeans and may contain traces of Peanuts, Milk, Nuts. Vegan chocolate may contain traces of Nuts. Almond Milk contains Almonds

All items should be consumed within 14 days of order.
