Crêpeaffaire Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

1. Membership & Registration

  • To participate, customers must provide a valid mobile phone number at the point of sale.

  • Consent: By entering your phone number, you consent to Crêpeaffaire storing your data for the purpose of tracking your points and rewards.

  • By providing your phone number, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • Minimum Age: Membership is open to individuals aged 13 years or older.

2. Qualifying Locations

  • Points can be earned and redeemed at all Crêpeaffaire UK locations, with the exception of Crêpeaffaire Summertown.

  • Crêpeaffaire reserves the right to add or remove participating locations at any time.

3. Earning Points

  • Members earn 1 point for every £0.01 spent in-store at participating Crêpeaffaire locations.

  • To earn points, you must provide your registered phone number to the cashier before the transaction is completed. Points cannot be added retrospectively once the receipt is issued.

  • Delivery Platforms: Points cannot be earned on transactions made via third-party delivery services (including, but not limited to, Deliveroo, UberEats, and Just Eat).

4. Reward Redemption

  • Points can be redeemed for “freebies” as dictated by the current in-store reward menu.

  • Rewards must be claimed by providing the registered phone number at the till.

  • Delivery Platforms: Points cannot be redeemed for orders placed via third-party delivery services.

  • Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.

5. Point Expiration

  • Points are valid for 6 months (183 days) from the date of the transaction in which they were earned.

  • Expired points will be cleared from the account balance automatically. It is the member’s responsibility to track their expiry.

6. Managing Your Account

  • Change of Number: If you change your mobile number, please inform a staff member. We can merge your old profile with your new one to ensure your points are not lost.

  • Data Privacy: Your phone number is processed by Square on behalf of Crêpeaffaire. We use this data only to manage your loyalty balance. You have the “Right to be Forgotten” and can request the deletion of your loyalty profile at any time by contacting hello@crepeaffaire.com.

7. Data Privacy

  • We use your phone number solely to manage your loyalty balance and identify you in our system.

  • By joining, you consent to receive occasional rewards-related SMS

8. Right to Amend

  • Crêpeaffaire reserves the right to alter the point-earning ratio, the rewards available, or to terminate the program at any time with reasonable notice.

  • Crepeaffaire reserves the right to suspend accounts in cases of suspected fraud or misuse of the system.

 

Free Birthday Crêpe Terms & Conditions

  • Eligibility: To receive a birthday reward, you must be a registered member of the Crepeaffaire Club at least 14 days prior to your birthday & show valid ID to verify this

  • The Reward: Members are entitled to one (1) free Crêpe from our standard menu. This excludes additional toppings, create your own crêpes and other food products such as Bowls or Waffles.

  • Validity: Your birthday reward will be issued via the app or email on your birthday and is valid for 14 days from the date of issue. After this period, the reward will expire and cannot be reissued.

  • Redemption: To redeem, please present your unique birthday QR code or voucher at the counter alongside a valid ID. This offer is valid for dine-in or takeaway orders placed directly in-store and cannot be redeemed via third-party delivery platforms (e.g., Deliveroo, UberEats).

  • No Purchase Necessary: No additional purchase is required to claim your free crêpe, though we think it pairs quite nicely with a coffee!

  • Limitations:

    • Limit of one birthday crêpe per person, per year.

    • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or set menu.

    • The reward has no cash value and is non-transferable.

  • Location Participation: Valid at all participating Crêpeaffaire locations. Excludes Oxford Summertown.

  • Right to Withdraw: Crêpeaffaire reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time or refuse service if we suspect fraudulent activity.
